To minimize aircraft downtime, all maintenance is scheduled during non-peak times, allowing you to enjoy a seamless flying experience without disruption. At AV8R Unlimited, we offer flexible time building options that cater to your unique needs, allowing you to rent aircraft in blocks ranging from 50 to 500 hours. You can choose our standard flight scheduling system, where you can reserve time on a first-come, first-served basis, making it easy to plan your training around your schedule.

All time building blocks are scheduled in 3-hour blocks, 24 hours a day 7 days a week! 

Alternatively, if you prefer more exclusivity, you have the option to pay for dedicated access to the aircraft, allowing you to enjoy uninterrupted flying time all to yourself or with a time-building partner.
